Requirements to receive

To obtain a No Lucrativa residence permit or a residence permit without the right to work in Spain, you must meet the following requirements and provide a number of documents:

Financial independence

The applicant must prove that he/she has sufficient financial means to live in Spain.

This includes:

Minimum income: €28,800/year for the applicant;
€7,200/year for each family member
Income sources may include pensions, dividends, rent, investments, and other passive

Medical insurance

covering all expenses in Spain.

Certificate of good conduct

A document certifying the absence of any criminal record or legal issues. It must be provided from all countries where the applicant has resided during the past 5 years.

Proof of housing in Spain

rental agreement or property documents.

Medical report
