To apply for Arraigo Social you must meet the following conditions:

Residence in Spain for at least 3 years

proven by official documents (certificates, bank statements, utility bills, etc.).

Integration into Spanish society

certificate of language proficiency or completion of an integration course.

No criminal record

A document certifying the absence of any criminal record or legal issues. It must be provided from all countries where the applicant has resided during the past 5 years.

Availability of a work contract
