    Requirements to receive
    To obtain a Digital Nomad residence permit, you need to have the following:

    Financial independence

    To obtain a digital nomad residence permit, you must:

    • Prove remote income:from €2,763 per month for the main applicant and
      €1,035 per month for the second family member (spouse).
      For a child or other dependent, an additional €345 per month
    • Proof of income and a contract or business registration.

    Medical insurance

    Medical insurance covering all expenses in Spain for the entire stay.

    Certificate of good conduct

    A document certifying the absence of any criminal record or legal issues. It must be provided from all countries where the applicant has resided during the past 5 years.

    Relevant work experience or education

    At least 3 years of experience or related studies.
